In detail this offer holds the following:

Head Slot: Reforged Leather Ninja Hood - Luck 190 + 3 Imbuing Stats of your choice and one of three fixed stats Either Poison Resist, Fire Resis, or DCI 4% Durability 255/255
Neck Slot: Leurocian's Mempo of Fortune - Luck 300 (490) Durability 254/254
Chest Slot: Armor of Fortune - 200 (690) Durability 249/249
Legs Slot: Reforged Studded Leather leggins - Luck 190 (880) + 4 Imbuing Stats of your choice. Durability 255/255
Arms Slot: Reforged Studded Leather sleeves - Luck 190 (1070) + 3 Imbuing Stats of your choice and one of 2 fixed stats: Either Phys Resist or Poison Resist. Durability 255/255
Hands Slot: Reforged Studded Leather gloves - Luck 190 (1260) + 3 Imbuing Stats of your choice and one of 2 fixed stats: Either Physical Reflect 15%, or HCI 4% Durability 255/255
Right Hand Slot: Reforged Katana - Luck 190 (1450) + 3 Imbuing Stats of your choice and fixed 40% DI. If you bring the Whetstone of Enervation you will get the 4th Stat of your choice as well! Durability 255/255
Left Hand Slot: Reforged Order shield - Luck 190 (1640) + 4 Imbuing Stats of your choice. Durability 255/255
Ring & Bracelet Slot: Etoile & Novo Bleue Set - Luck 400 (2040)
Robe Slot: Epaulette Bearing The Crest Of Blackthorn - Luck 140 (2180)
Footwear Slot: Minax's Sandals - Luck 150 (2330)
Talisman: Lucky Charm - Luck 150 (Total of 2480 Luck)
plus the imbuing mats to get your desired stats onto the items.

Remember: The existing Luck stat is already taking an Imbuing Weight of 190 points! Also some items (those where only 3 stat choices are available) also already hold a second stat with varying imbuing weight, as I have multiple blanks available with 190 and 1 other stat.

150 Luck items take 150 points. If they are already enhanced they take 190 points. Which is it? Also these ALWAYS come with a 2nd mod, which take additional weight [with the exception of self repair, which disappears upon imbuing]

I will test this once all chars arrived on Atl and will update post after another test, but you might be correct.
