Unfortunately, I have to part with my beautiful 18 x 14 inside Luna. The house has over 207,000 visits and is Max Vendors and Storage.
The location is ideal. It is located directly as you enter the south gate. You literally run right into the center of the front steps. I frequently run out the front door and through the south gate and double click one of the player run town statuetts and am instantly in a player run town. It's also an obvious quick run to the Luna Bank and the Luna Moongate.
