Selling a 16x12 in Malas, right next to the road, south of Luna. Can sell it as-is partially decorated, or raze it down to a bare lot, however you prefer. It may even fit a 16x13, but I was in a hurry to place.

Update: I was able to upsize it to a 17x12, but have not rebuilt, so it is now a 17x12 plot, same location
