self repair mod observation.

Dont know if I'm late to the party so to speak but has anyone else realized once you imbue an item self repair drops off? Was making 100% weapons and got one that was 100% but also had self repair. Decided to imbue it anyway and sure enough the mod fell off.

Yes that is correct. Self repair mod is removed from an imbued item. Also the information says self repair can't be added as a mod either. You can find more info at this link. There is a bolded word "exceptions" if you scroll down a bit and the info is there.
