Seems unfair. Melissa Vs Bards

Why can she not be targeted by provoke by bards? I have 120 in all 4 bard skills yet no peace, discord, or provoke on her. Seems like we could do something other than the fire horn. Maybe it's time I joined the Bard buff band-wagon. With so many skill points invested it seems there should be some way to use these skills on every high end boss. Albeit on the high end bosses one would need to have the highest skill possible.

because if she could be, you could use paragon balrons to take her out fairly easily.

Paragon Balrons cannot be the first target of a provoke attempt. If Melissa were done the same that would not be an issue.
