Ok what are these for and do I plant them or eat them? LOL I honestly have no idea, just got some today.

they are used in imbuing for mana regen and some others theres a thread by tina small that has a lot of good info just do a search for renewal and it should come up near the top.

By the way do you have any full mysticism books on any of your vendors or maybe one you could put up. i really only need spell trigger and mass sleep to complete it and i can't seem to get those to drop.
