seed of renewal and sapling seed

It is an ingredient for imbuing, ok.
I've heard that seed of renewal comes from some plant like bright orange pampas grass instead of the normal seeds. Is It true?
And for the sapling seed is the same thing?

Seeds come from all plants. Alot of people grow the pampas grass to also get the ornage petals as well. So more bang for your buck if your only growing for the seeds.

Silver Sapling seeds are not the same, they come from the silver sapling in the abyss and are used only for Rez'ing. I don't think you can plant them to grow anything.
