Well that sucks. You get 3 tries a day to unlock it or you email mesanna to get it unlocked . I'm guessing that with a new expansion coming out soon I probably won't get a response from mesanna any time soon.
I was able to find that person I traded with and they reset it . Very happy now 
I had many many many situations like this, You need to page a GM or email mesanna
A lot of times GM's will say that they cant do that and If they do, write down their names and give to mesanna, because they ARE supposed to fix, they know how!!
