I am looking to buy a secluded 18 x 18. What I mean by secluded is no other house on the screen. The more secluded the better I will pay. Has to be 18 x 18. First choice is Tram, then Tokuno then Malas. No Fel and no Tel Mur. The only other requirement is no plants sticking up through the floor.

I am willing to pay VERY VERY WELL for just the right spot. The Date the house was placed can add a lot of gold to the price I will pay if it is 9+ Years old. I have gold and nice items. ICQ Me or PM me!
