Perfect for fishing - or hunting pirates & merchants that are just a couple clicks off the coast. Basement has alot of room for storage or a workshop, spacious bar on the 1st floor with dock / terasse, open space 2nd floor that can be divided for rooms, or used as museum, conference room or loft. I would prefer to sell to someone that digs the design and wants too keep it as it is since its my personnal fav of all the houses i built in 10 years. thx!
