Where is the information you were supposed to be posting here this morning......is it in another thread and I've missed it?
The information you didn't have when you icq'd me after telling me to boot a new player.

The proof, that's all we at NEW need, or at least some elaboration of your statement.


I will post the icq log from this morning between ScrubSlayer and myself on NEW forums. He was telling me to boot someone he said was helping MD. I asked in what way the new player was helping them as I couldn't login at the time, he couldn't or wouldn't elaborate and give me some info to go on, he said he would post proof here. I can't find it though.


For anyone else who sees a NEW doing something they shouldn't: Please, if you icq a NEW helper, give them as much info as you can - name of the NEW, what they have done, who else was there - we need info, especially if we are not able to login at that precise moment to witness the 'dirty deed'. We fully expect to get some new players who won't toe the line, and we do remove them, ScrubSlayer doesn't seem to be aware of our rules or they don't suit him. We will get both sides of a story as we always have, unless we're certain the new player is not who he/she claims to be.

Not to support MD, but should NEW be instantly booted for helping them?

How should a NEW know that MD is off-limits?

Should MD be off-limits to NEW, even if they're not doing anything that would otherwise be against NEW rules?

I fail to see how she's defending MD... She's simply asking for proof that a NEW broke the rules that they agreed to upon joining.

The worst part about any of the drama that goes on here is that both sides inevitably end up being equally annoying.

It's like watching a fight between N'Sync and the Backstreet Boys.

weird that all your little NEWblets are robbing the chests, looting people, and other crap and then they just up and join MD hmm very strange

NEW don't get instantly booted unless there's reason to do so. They aren't allowed to help any guild in a fight, which I assume Scrubs was trying to say this morning, he wouldn't say exactly what sort of help he thought was given, and I'm not a mindreader.

I would rather new folk go about their business of training and not get involved with Luna goings-on, which is where Scrubs said the NEW was giving help. There's nothing in Luna for them to begin with.

If MD are off limits to the shard, then they will also be off limits to NEW, as the NEW guild isn't about harming Siege in any way. We've been here once before. We want real new players to Siege to become part of the community, not be part of the new pariahs.

You really don't know very much do you? I told you before your grapevine is flawed, maybe it's just you? Pay more attention to the informed, not the mis-informed, you may just learn something.

We expect to get MD friends if they still have more coming, as well as lone players with no affiliation to them whatsoever. It's common sense, we never know who we are getting at first, that's the position a guild for new folk happens to be in. At least we can suss them out before they try to join some other guild, so if you're in a guild, think yourself lucky you don't need to do the weeding.

Umm, would you like us to start putting out Siege immigration quota, handing out green cards, visitors visas, do a background check on every person that ever joins Siege and NEW?

Come on dude, it's a damn game. We let just about anyone into NEW to help make this shard a better place. Sometimes we get dumb asses who do stupid things that are against the rules, and once we find out they're removed from the guild.
