Scrolls of Transcendence?

Ok I got one of these today at the Tok champ spawn. Ive seen them on vendors and its self explanatory as to what they do. The thing is that I havent played in a long time so I was wanting to know when these came out and how rare it is to get one.

Hmm, was this with publish 57? They are relatively new. They are fairly easy to come by tho? Maybe a slight bit easier than 105 scrolls? Of course if you are in fel then the chance to get the "drops" since you are also rolling for the 105 scrolls if I am not mistaken.

Are some of the scrolls more rare than others or is it random. Say, taming for example. Do you have the same chance to get a taming one as a spirit speak one.

Yea the chance to get each scroll is the same. If you are asking because of the price differences, then the reason for that is taming is far harder to train than lets say, anatomy. So taming would be worth more even tho it is no more rare than the anatomy one is.
