Scrolls of Transcendence and protection??

I did a search here and on UO's home page but couldn't find what I was looking for

Does the protector get scrolls of transcendence?

Been on a bit of a break and trying to get back into the swing of things

I myself have just gotten back from bout half a year break and was wondering what Transcendence scrolls are?

Tranny scrolls can be gotten at any spawn in all lands!
They drop exactly the same way 105's drop.

These scrolls give you permanent skill increase of increments 0.1 - 1.0 in all skills.

If you get one in a Trammel facet, the scrolls can be 0.1-0.5
In Felucca, the scrolls can be 0.6-1.0.

pretty cool idea if you ask me.

so u can get over 100 in like alchamy or just normal ones that other tps already can.

No, they just help with skill gain to your max. Insta-skill gain.

The most sought after being the skills usually hardest to gain, like Taming for example.
