Scroll of the Realm?

Has anyone heard of this scroll? Scroll of the Realm. From what I have heard, it is very rare, found only on three shards, gives +25 stats and raises all skills to 12O. Unfortunately, I don't remember the seller's name, but was asking 300M for it. Thank you in advance.

My guess: This item is a joke/fraud.

Why do I guess that? Because such an item would go for considerably more than 300m gold. Indeed it would go for, I should guess, at least half to two-thirds the total wealth available on most shards, assuming the buff was permanent.

On the 'too good to be true' scale I think it scores an 11/10.

Aye --- I agree that it shouldn't exist, but it in fact does. I wish I could remember the name of it, but the last time I saw it was on Atlantic.

I know certain people BS to stir the pot....but there are some overpowered items that exist (at one point or another) that many people do not know about...

I.E --- there was an exploit that allowed certain pieces of armor to have 500+ resists...just for one piece of armor....allowed all 70s with corpse skin.....bannable on site....

Similiar to Quivers of Infinity that could hold more than 500 pieces of ammo, or Quivers that did direct damage....

I concur ---- I want to say that I-C-U actually knew the person as well....I know he just came back recentley...i'll drop him a line and see what I can do....
