[Imbuing] Scroll binders

Hi there,

how to get scroll binder?

Im interested in making a 120 scroll of imbuing from 10 115 scrolls.

You need wood pulp, which is made of the bark that lumberjacks get. I think cooks make the pulp. Then you use a scribe to turn the pulp into a scroll binder. It's just 1/1/1 so 1 bark will end up yielding 1 binder. They don't stack.

I believe an alchemist can also make the wood pulp.

As far as I know only cooks can make the pulp, but you only need around 60 cooking to do it.

Problem solved,

bought from vendor at 10k yesterday.

120 scroll is now made and eaten.

Like many of the SA crftables, it requires multi disciplines.

In this case:

- Lumberjack gathers bark, drops in cook's chest

- Cook turns pile into wood pulp stack, drops in scribe's chest

- Scribe turns into Spell Binders, drops in Imbuer's chest(BIG chest-has to hold 50+ diff ingredients)

- Imbuer turns in 500 EE and get 10 - PS115's, uses binder and eats 120. Then says what the heck, turns in 1,000 more EE's and drops two PS120's on vendor

- If the drop rate were not so random, then my Imbuer would drop the unseen-yet-by-me runic chisel into the Carp/Mason's chest...

how many residues would you need to make a 120? just curious..

Hi there,

this is a shot in the dark but it would make sense if you get the 110 scrolls similar way as 115.

I would guess that it takes 10 110 scroll to make 115 scoll.
In that case it would take 10x50 residues to get one 115 scroll.
You need 10 115 scrolls to make 120 so you end up with.
10x10x50=5000 residues.

I got my residues from killing deamons and every unravel bag that I dropped at house had some items that yield essence.

It was quite easy to get the essences needed for a 120 scroll.

Make sure you scroll up as soon as possible to a at least 110 or 115.
