so i need 12 say mage +10 scrolls to make 1 +15

kinda good idea but not 12 for 1 thats plain silly..

4 maybe 6 at the most....just my 10 penneth

It works fine as it is.
4 scrolls is nothing you could get that in one night with a bit of luck and not to much effort.

I say leave it as it is now.
