Where do I get a scappers recipee? Sorry I can't seem to find the information anywhere else.

You get the recipe from the Heartwood quests, I believe.

The devs must have been under the afluence of incohol
As everybody knows, inscription is fairly simimlar to tinkering so you have to do some tinker quests.

The questgivers are:

Tillanil the wine tender
Tholef the grape tender
Waelian the trinket weaver
Sleen the trinket weaver
They all can be found at the west end of the "main branch" inside of Heartwood (entrance is the moongate in the center of Yew).

Quests are:

"Beer googles" (barrel tabs)
"Song of the wind" (fancy windchimes)
"Message in a bottle" (empty bottles)
by Tillanil/Tholef

and
"Tick tock" (clock)
"Necessity mother" (tinker's tool)
by Waelian/Sleen

Just doubleclick them till you get the order you wish to fulfil.

Thanks, its just frustrating that none of these actually use any of the thousands of scrolls I burned to GM scribe.
