Welp I did look at a couple Scrappers but neither had your lrc and mr. requirements. Things needed to make a Scrappers are 100 blank scrolls, 10 corruption, 10 taints and 1 dread horn mane. As I recall the properties are random. :naughty-angel:

The odds of getting one with both lrc and mr are minimal. I checked mine and none had those mods.
