Just my two cents on Scarlet von Trinsic:
Since an interest in an "antagonist" organization for the Royal Guards has come up, I think Scarlet von Trinsic would be the appropriate head of that organization.
Based on what I've seen from previous uses of her on these boards, it seems the perfect organization for warriors/mages/tamers/thieves and others not quite conforming to the virtues and/or in opposition to the Crown.
Possible names:
Scarlet Raiders
Scarlet Underground
Sosarian Subterfuge
Just because there would be protagonists and antagonists doesn't necessarily mean that events will always be PvP oriented, though there are obvious opportunities there. There are also opportunities for one side to do a series of events with the other side having a separate series. The EM's would then have to determine which side achieved a higher degree of completion to determine which side is winning in lieu of actual combat.
Also, as the Townships each have an alignment for or against the Crown, the leaders of the respective sides should approach them to requisition supplies and/or additional manpower as situations develop.
