We're seeing a lot of posts on the forums about scammers impersonating the dev team, asking people to provide their log in details and passwords. Some are threatening closure of accounts due to billing issues and some are pretending to be giving out amnesty gifts. A few are giving out website address and asking people to go there.
Nobody from EA will ever ask you for your password. Don't ever give out your password or rl billing information in game.
If this happens to you, or someone you know in game, then it should be reported immediately using the ingame report a player feature. You can also report it to one of the Devs or Parizad if you see them in game.
Don't be fooled by someone with a founder account or alot of days on their account. Not everyone in game is who they seem or trustworthy.
We understand that you want to warn others about these scammers, but please do not post names or screenshots showing details of the sims on the forums.
