Any cloth that has been advertised on Napa I've seen has been called or put out as "AOS Colored Cloth", nothing wrong with that. It came from the Asian or Japanese shards through an EM event they put on with slimes. Approx 3 wks ago + or - if I remember right. In a round about way, ya, one could call it a rare cloth, used loosely. For you had to be on their shard doing the event to get the cloth (or get the cloth from someone on their shard). It's not standard colored cloth. Approx 24 variances in the colors I think. Dragon had a lot for sale on his vendors, all reasonably priced too
