Im looking for a 1hand weapon of any weapon skill with either

armor ignore
mortal strike
double strike
force of nature
concussion blow

with the following mods:

Spell Channeling
-1 faster casting
+20 splintering weapon
+30 hit spell (lightning harm fireball)

any other useful mods like SSI DI HLD

Thanks for the offer so far. Still looking. They fit the basic mods but something like SSI or DI aswell would be nice!
