There is one on a vendor on ATL.
Just wondering how is this obtained?
Feels like Planesword in the skin of a wand.

Also is it still possible to imbue planeswords with sc fc+1?

Question 1: The wand was obtained when imbuing first came out.

Last year bugged weapons through imbuing. I am still wondering why they exist and not deleted/reverted.
