Buying Weapons SC Bows with High Hit Spell (60-70)

Looking for all kinds of SC bows with Hit Spell Higher than 50. no -FC preferred. Mage Weap is not required. Looking for Elven Composite, Reg Composite, and Magical Short. I can pay on LS and ATL preferably.

I don't think it's possible to get above 50% hit-spell on ranged weapons at all.

I'm also sure you cannot find as loot or reforge ranged weapons with any hit spell other than Velocity.
