No - a good rule of thumb as to whether something has any value is to look at the mods and see if something similar can be imbued/reforged. Since a crafter could conceivably make an identical or better dagger it doesn't really have much worth. For weapons in general if it doesn't have Splintering then it probably isn't going to be worth much, at least not to the people on this forum.
