ok so ive tried for months now to purchase and upgrade for one of my accounts. when i get to the billing information the pay now ico wont come bold so i cannot use it. spoke to origin many times but today the guy actually seemed to know what he was doing! he says its not an origin problem but a uo one. is there a phone number anywhere that i can ring and buy from?

It will probably be faster to get a friend or somebody here to buy it for you then send you the code. Then you send them the money via PayPal or similar.

You're buying it from the Origin store? I don't see how it could be a UO specific issue. The store is just a market place. Aside from selling UO items it hasn't anything to do with the UO systems.

What payment option are you trying to use?

i've had the same problem. i switched browsers to get it to work. when using Firefox the option to proceed is grayed out. but when i use Internet Explorer it works every time.

One friend was so lost with the interface that she gave her Email information to a friend of hers and let him do it.

That's like the ultimate sin to give your Email out.

There are a number of problems with the system. One is they don't have error messages to tell you what is wrong with something you put in or they're incoherent.

I assume your clicking all the buttons that you accept the TOS for the purchase? I know somewhere in there you need to check an accept button before it will allow you to continue. I use firefox and it works fine other than I had to buy separate soulstones while they were on sale cause it wouldn't let me buy 4 at once lol.

sorry to see u too having problems. first priority should ne to fix the store and account management, wonder how much time devs spend on helping people with bad codes, saving houses and other issues, not to mention the lose of funds. make simple and user friendly. next fix the many bugs , issues and improve system. develop system to stop all the abuse and cheating. I wish u luck.

Are you assuming that Time of Legends will give you access to other upgrades like Stygian Abyss or High Seas? Don't make that assumption! For instance, upgrading to High Seas will not give you access to the Abyss. On the other hand, I can't assume it won't give those entitlements. Perhaps a Dev Team member can confirm.

Lucy, what country are you buying from? Also, do you have multiple accounts that use multiple email addresses?

I was expecting it to give access to Stygian Abyss, but I may be wrong. I think High Seas are a booster pack, so I don't believe that will be included.

As far as I remember, we got any old expansion for free and just had to pay for the most recent one. (Please correct me, if I'm wrong.)
High Seas is a booster, not an expansion, so I wouldn't expect to get that for free. (At least that's what it is called in the Origin shop.)

I also have a second account, which I never again paid after the free month. That one doesn't have SA. And I'm pretty curious, what will happen, should I pay a month for it until end of october. Well, I'm not that curious, that I would actually spend some money on it

I reactivated an old char, I can't go to Ter Mur/Abyss on it but I can go to Tokuno. Can't remember if I ever upgraded that account to be able to go to Tokuno but doubt it.

Edited: look like my other old inactive account do have Samurai Empire, so I guess this one had too.

So it look like it's only TOL we get, that's a little sad for the old players, who are back, let them have all but Booster packs and they may stay
