This Saturday July 30th @ 9 est pm / 8cst there will be an archery tournament held at the Luna Fair Grounds. This event is sponsored by a citizen of Jhelom, the very fine Lady Red Snapper!

Here are the rules to participate:
- no items or jewelry that gives a bonus to archery (must use your character's true skill )
- Single elimination rounds ( players are paired against each other ; winner advances - loser has a seat )
- The last three contestants will be rewarded:

1st Race Change Token and a plaque commemorating the event
2nd 3 million gold
3rd 2 million gold

The results of tonight's Archery Tournament from the Luna Fair Grounds are :

1st place - Fruit Loop , who won a race change token & archer guild sign with tonight's event engraved on the front
2nd place - Kite , 3 million gold
3rd place - Angel of Death , 2 million gold

We saw some fine shooting from the participants, which included Fruit Loop, Kite, Angel of Death, Marge, Elaine, Kisha, Pameleigha, SnowRaven, Lucas McCain, and James. A showdown between Fruit Loop and Kite would determine who won first place and a dramatic tie sent the round into overtime! In the end, Fruit Loop would come out on top and was declared the winner!
Lady Phoenix stopped by early to wish the event goers good luck. And Lady Marge provided everyone with a drink from her whiskey barrels, which all enjoyed after the competition ended.
It was a fun night and good times had by those who attended, as well as getting the city of Jhelom some recognition. There were even items and clothing given out to everyone to mark the affair!

Thanks to Lady Red Snapper for organizing this event, she did an amazing job!
