Sampire stat help

Ok, I need to know good stats for Sampies.

I have eaten a 25 stat. I know I should have 165+ stam

What should my base stats be? Should I do 125 dex?

You'll need 180 stam if you want to use a double axe, the best crowd weapon for a samp. So 125 dex is a given pretty much.
