It is indeed possible with super ring and brace. Like total 80+ on skills. (So get total 800+ skills to use)
Without super skill jewerly almost impossible. I had one with antique ring and brace and it is unstoppable build!
But indeed hard to get non antique skill jewerly with super mods.
