Hello All this is my first post on here in regards to my sampire thx for all the great info. Heres what I have so far.

I'm Trying to kill Ballrons I get in maybe 2 hits before my Dirt nap ? What do i need to change in order to make this more effective.I would really like to solo a paragon ballron !

I have 2 agpite hammers that im terrfied to burn. If my wepon is the issue what kind of wep should i craft with them. How good is my current wepon ?

Should I swap Resist for anat ?

I keep devine Fury up %100 of the time and have the dci to counter

Any advise greatly appricated Thanks in advance.

The two weak spots I see are no HLD and energy resist since the balron does 25% energy damage.

I'm by no means an expert on Sampires, but it seems to me your issues are:

1) Armor resists -- you need to push all toward 70. I need to look up the resists on the Gauntlets of Anger, but I suspect you could trade those and the Mightnight Bracers out for runic gloves & arms with better resists. Of course you'll have to adjust skills to get your necro back to 99 for Vamp form.

2) Hit points -- you have 95 HP from your 90 str. How much HPI do you have from items? I think you want your HP around 115-120.

I personally would craft Twinkling Scimitars with your verite hammers and hope for one with HSL, HML, SSI, and DI. You get the bonus 6 DCI automatically from the Twinkling over the Radiant Scimitar.

Also, if you can get those M&S glasses worked into your suit, the HLD would also be a big help.

Other things you want to do:
Get rid of the midnight bracers, train up your necromancy to a natural 99.
-The midnight bracers are really a lousy piece of gear for the sampire. While it has good physical resist, it has no other mod that is benificial to you.
Get rid of the gauntlets of anger, replace with either a high resist piece with MR/LMC or with something with DI, such as stormgrip or gauntlets of nobility.
Use your mace and shield glasses.
-M&S glasses are really the best thing to put on your head for a sampire. Hit lower defense is one of the most important offensive modifications you can have. Besides, brightsight lenses have the same problem as the midnight bracers, they only have two mods which are useful to you as a sampire (fire resist and MR). The rest is something you can get from any crafted hat.

Unless you wanna be super cool like Lynk and fit healing in your template.

ya im with u link i have healing on my sampire ence my temp is:

120 bush
120 macing
120 parry
85 healing
85 anatomy
60 chiv
65 necro

Mace and sheilds
Barbed tunic with high fire and staminas increase
fey leggings
midnight bracers
gloves with high resists and lmc
jackals
conjurers trinket or primer on arms
Ecru citrine ring
bracelet with 15 necro str 7 dci 10
quiver infinity

I know some people will criticize this temp but i only have 35 dci and i have tried the usual recomended sampire temp without healing and i hated it. with my current temp i can solo dreadhorn paroxymus the doom gauntlet. It comes down to your style of play and what works for u. the only drawback on my current temp is i have to rely on pots sometimes. and i almost always have to have agility and strength pots goin to really own stuff. also being as tho i can fit 10 more dci in i cannot and absolutely will not cast divine fury. i know some of u will tell me what i can do or what i should do about the dci but hey why change it when i can still solo everything

Just an FYI - at 90 heal you never fail. Might want to sacrifice some points elsewhere.

I totally lucked out with jewels. I got a brace with 37 skill points, 11 dci, and 20 EP, and a ring with DCI, EP, DI, and 11 skill points.
