I think you may be working something out wrong if you have 147 Str you don't have 150 HP, 150 Str gives 125 HP and HP Increase is capped at 25 making 150 HP. Minor point but just saying...

You're right ..... bad spread sheet .... it didn't take into account the cap ... and I'm not sure if numbers round up or down. I can't look at my Characters stats cause I haven't imbued the armor yet ..... so if it rounds down, it's 148 and if it rounds up it's 149 ...

You know the one piece of the puzzle that I'm missing (cause I haven't played this type of character) is how low does Stamina ever drop to? I can see where curse could take a 17-22 hit to my stamina ..... what can I expect to see? That plays a real big part in judging how much SSI I need to maintain the 1.25s target .... it looks like I don't want any more SSI than I need so I can maximize my leech numbers ....

Stam can drop to 0 if you do nothing about it, get cursed, damages, pain spikes and all your leeches miss. But then theres no reason to let it get that bad when you could drink total refresh pots or use divine fury.

Str / 2 + 50 = HP (odd numbers don't add HP/rounds down, so over 100 every 2 str = 1 hp)
