Im using the Enahanced Client and even though my real gear DCI should be 65 it only shows to 45? Has anyone heard anything about this?

Also should I use Cloak of power for the skill points of 2 across or use the Cloak of death to get the Defence %3 more?

I have +15 Dex and + 11 Str so I'm thinking C of Power....Especially if DCI is capped at 45 now?

The EC shows your _actual_ ingame DCI, which is capped at 45 and has been for as long as I know. It also shows your HCI as 45 when you are LSing, for instance, even if it normally is less than that.

Thanks PGCD, I was reading through some of the other post and found out that yea it caps 45. So I guess the increase past 45 is incase we are using something that decreases your Cap like Divine Fury as an example. Thanks man for the info.

Yes, DCI is capped at 45. People wear more than that for two reasons. In PvP, when hit by a weapon with HLD, extra DCI counter acts this and keeps your DCI (still capped at 45). You shouldn't be PvPing with a sampire so this really isn't valid unless you do a lot of Fel Champ Spawns. In PvM, higher DCI counter-acts the reduction due to Divine Fury. If you have a proper sampire weapon with HSL you shouldn't need to use Divine Fury.

IMO max it at 45 and then work in other mods such as HCI to max and Stamina to 180+. If you still have room after that then go for it with extra DCI.

HSL requires actually hitting the opponent for it to work. If they bash down your stamina... you swing slower, therefore hit less. And you can always get unlucky with the percentages for it to go off.

Divine fury is always useful in rare occasions.
Granted you can just couple it with evasions to reduce the effect.
Not to mention the +10 SSI is nice and +10 HCI and +10 DI
