Salvage Bags

I've seen them mentioned a couple of times recently.

What are they?
What do they do?
Where do I get one?
How much should I pay for one?

buy them from provisioners (~1500)

place weapons/armor pieces into the bag, use the context menu, it recycle items into ingots/leather.

The FIX for leather is still in testing on test ...

TC1 has been updated with the following:

- The Salvage Bag should now return the correct amount of leather when salvaging multiple leather items at once.

ONCE normilized(fixed)
left click the bag for a context menu ...
