Sales History

We need a way to track a vendor's sales history. I should be able to access my vendor(s) and see what and how much they have sold over a certain period of time.

I understand that the servers can't store this information indefinitely but even 1 real weeks worth of sales history would be better than what we have now ........ This is just another one of those things that would make UO very attractive to new players.

I understand EA/Mythic is working on a merchant update ... this idea needs to be included.

There should be a feature that allows players to include this information if they wish but I wouldn't want it to be mandatory.

It's called 'Excel'.

I keep track of all my vendors. It takes a while but it does pay off.

Please be serious .... I use excel all the time but I don't want to use it to play a game. Also, some people like to play in full screen mode so in my opinion using excel is not the best solution.

Why don't you be a'gittin serious ... eh? your asking for not only a "built in excel" capacity ... for tracking your sales ...
Your also (elsewhere) asking for the equivalent addition to "e-commerce" capacities for searching vendors !!!
The only thing your missing is express to door/bank delivery !!
(close cousin to "deeded items" usable "in house")

sheeeeesh !

hehe, I would much rater get that type of Call, vs another one of those, "The warrenty on your car/truck/or van, may have expired" , calls

In this case. I am LAZY. Please track my vendor stuff. It be cool to see. And I dont think it could be used as an exploit. Maybe a dupe. But not an exploit.

lol, glad to see im not the only one who gets these calls on a daily basis... I had one the other day that made me giggle irl... "Hi, this is our second attempt to contact you about the warranty on your vehicle." maybe a hour later another call... only this time it was their first attempt to contact me! Crap is annoying!

I'm just asking EA to provide what other MMO's provide .... Whats wrong with that? IMO these types of features will bring new players to the game as well as make it more enjoyable. If you enjoy using excel to keep track of your vendor sales then you can still do it
