We sent Mesanna an email about that a few days ago, but I guess she hasn't seen it yet. Hopefully it gets fixed soon so people don't keep getting trapped in the festival area on new characters that can't recall.
I got trapped in the area and had to weasel my way out. Less than one screen west is a small home with runebook vendors. This home has a tele that leads to Luna. Thatcwas my quick fix til I got my main xferred over. I hope this helps anyone stuck out there!
