Sailing with maps info

So I have started to play with the EC a bit more, using it for sailing and navigating. Problem I am having is, when I buy a map of the world from the mapmaker, and open it to plot my course, the map is blank. Is this a known issue? or do I hvae something set wrong?

I had to log out, log back in with CC...it worked fine, but then I logged out and back in as EC and it showed the waypoints I had selected, but stillno map detail.

Quick question, have you patched it?

if you have patched, maybe try pressing the "reset" button under the user settings.

no joy, and now I get to redo the graphics settings

Sorry, I tried it on origin and could not recreate it, are you using Pinco's by chance?

no, the UO one, and yes, it's patched btw

No worries, I have a few more trades, then Im done with it anyway
