We would like to invite you to join us in Stratics IRC, where you can hook up with the game community of your choice (each has its own channel), to share information and get updates, or simply chat with your fellow players while the former forums are unavailable...and even afterwards. (Because hey! IRC seriously rocks 
It is a small, elegantly simple (and venerable) program that provides real-time, instant communication - minus the advertisements and extraneous noise.

Once you choose and install a client (I highly recommend mIRC; though it is shareware, the client will function forever if you cannot afford the requested donation) there are two additional links that you will find useful:
Chat Stratics - Nickserv lists all of the nickserv commands (such as registering and identifying your nickname), while
Chat Stratics - Chanserv has any and all of the information you need for setting up and running your own channel.
