Sad sight, what happened?

Can anyone tell me what happened to the RAA shop? - ever since I first started in UO that shop was always well stocked with everything you could need and it was almost a privilidge to display furniture made by lord Uly. Dropped in there yesterday to find it empty of all decoration and vendors.
