they drop randomly off paragons all over ilsh. from my experience, they have the lowest drop rate of the 4 chocolate ingredients.

Since we are on the subject of Chocolate items 
...would be nice if they did something worth having....made you have more stam or something :bowdown:...at this point is so much work to collect the items and they are only deco..so you make the few you want and no one ever buys the others...lacks a little
