SA upgrade question

Does anyone know approximately when EA stopped including the race change, statue, and vollem tokens with a Stygian Abyss upgrade purchase? I bought my upgrade about a year ago and didn't get them. Just wondering if it's worth emailing EA about it.

Those were promotional items for purchasing the upgrade early (before Sept. '09), although they were still given out a little later --- I think as late as Feb. '10.

the early buyer promotion took place from 9/8/2009 to 9/29/2009. i bought my SA upgrade code from EA's store on September 30, 2009 and did NOT get the promo items. i have never heard from anyone that they were giving them out after the cut-off of 9/29.
ps - i bought 2 upgrade codes during the early buyer promotion and did get the tokens and statues, etc. i didn't plan to upgrade my 3rd account but decided to at the last minute, and was hoping i'd still get the items even though i was 1 day late, but it didn't happen.

actually, I bought my second account SA in December 2009, and got the gifts, and I knew of people still getting them in February 2010.

Of course, they got the codes for UOGAMECODES.COM not the EA Store.

I bought mine through the EA Store, so I'm probably out of luck. I sent an email to EA anyway asking if I could get the tokens. We'll see...
