Help plz, About 2 months after SA came out, someone compiled a very useful list of SA ingredients and location where to find them.....It was a good list and I loved but, but as a dummy when I was going to quit UO I destroyed all my info, thinking I wouldn't return to UO... Welp i did and now am trying to find the good info that I once had..if someone knows where I can find this info again plz guide me there.....Thanks so much
