Rustic Theme Pack Question

Within the description of the Rustic Theme Pack, it says, "An encampment set-up provides self-contained systems for commodity and pet brokers right outside your home."

Does anyone know how to use the described feature? Is it like a Magincia stall? If so, how would the feature be accessed/implemented?

I think they have worded it strange in that descriiption, as i believe its refering to the magencia bazzar. You have to have the theme pack to be able to use it.​

The wording I have from the description is
Encampments - A self contained system that allows commodity and pet brokers to be placed outside of your home in designated areas.

outside of your home in designated areas = Magincia.

Ahhh... I misinterpreted (description at game store says "outside your home", with no mention of "designated area".) Thanks for clearing that up for me!
