Rustic theme pack garden bed

We purchased the theme pack but did not receive the garden bed. Are we missing something?

Product Instructions:
To claim your Raised Bed and Distillery, simply follow these steps once you have received your code. Be sure to use the same code both in the game and on the Account Management page.

In-Game Instructions:
• Log in to Ultima Online with the character you'd like to use the token on.
• Open your paperdoll (or character window) and click on the Help button.
• Click the Promotional Code button at the bottom of the Help window.
• Enter your Legacy Token Code exactly as it appeared when it was emailed to you.
• Your items will be placed in your backpack.

Account Management Instructions:
To redeem your code, log in to account management at Broadsword | Account Management. Then, log in to your Origin Account and use the Current Account drop down menu to choose the account you’d like to apply the code to. Activate the key and enter the code in the correct box to enjoy your gaming.

Click the Promotional Code button at the bottom of the Help window.

This. I think you need to enter a promo code that you would have been emailed to actually get the garden beds.
