Rustic Theme Pack Code Woes / Resolution

Well, it looks like these codes may once again be messed up. Bought the theme pack earlier today, upgraded my account on the account management site, and then entered the same code in-game and got the message my request was submitted and my request was being processed. Then nothing.

So, I ended up using the "call me back" option on the Origin site and had a call from a very nice customer service person in a few minutes. He was not familiar with UO, but he did listen carefully, took the information I gave him, put me on hold for a moment or two. Then he came back with a brand new code to input while in the game. He sent it to me through e-mail and also read it to me over the phone. I was able to enter it in-game while he waited, and this one worked!

So, if you're buying one of these codes this weekend, you might want to be prepared for some issues. Hopefully if you run into any, you'll get someone on the phone that can help you resolve them. The other stuff I ordered and other codes I used (transfer token and a name change token) worked fine. It was just the Rustic Theme Pack code that didn't work at all.

Edited to fix all the typos. Was in a tearing hurry when I typed it the first time around and obviously didn't proofread.

I'm having the same problem currently. I bought the Rustic Theme pack and a raised garden bed deed popped into my backpack after I put in my promotion code, but can't use it and I can't use the rustic house tiles. Guess I'll have to contact Origin. What a pain.

I finally figured it out. I had to enter my code into the origins website to activate it. *facepalm* It's all good now, lol.
