I know there were posts about high end runics not having the right intensity, but low end runics are off as well. One of my habits is I burn loads of dull and shadow runics for 100% elemental damage weapons. Lately I'm getting way fewer that have anything other than 100% physical. I used to get 4-5 per hammer that have some of the damage shifted away from physical, now I'm lucky to get one or two. I thought at first it was a bad run of luck so I didnt burn for a day or two. I tried again and it still doesn't look right. Another thing I'm getting way more slayer weapons than usual.

I went on my lunch break and did a dull copper hammer and got 4 colored items none of which could be made into 100% elemental, seems about right to me. I bet it's just random variations.

In CC. I've started seeing, as loot, many items that were 30-40% each of 2 elementals and they weren't colored. I'm like this is new, now I have to look at every single item to see.
Is this what you're seeing? % w/o the color?
I think so, maybe they changed the code that determines when the weapon changes color?
