[Carpentry] Runic Saws

Curious if the runic saws are just as hard as the runic fletching kits to get? And are the rewards as far as decent jewels/weapons the same for doing carpentry?

Poo stain... and a heartwood saw sells for half of a runic fletching...I need a good bokuto is why. Not sure where to hunt in SE that drops good ones to enhance...Any idea?
