Runic Saw Quests?

I've been walking around Heartwood, and have even tried looking it up on UOGuide, but I can't seem to find the quest givers or the quests that have a chance to give a Runic Saw as a reward. I did them when ML first came out but can't for the life of me remember where those guys are. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Conner, they are on the green bridge between the tinker quest and the tailor/smith quest. I cant remember the names of the NPC. It's the stool quest.

Ok, i went check real quick. The NPCs are Ciala and Aniel.

It's the tinker weaver, do the stool and harp quest.

Ah, that would explain why I missed them, thinking those were just Tinker quests. Thanks for the info.

Btw, UOGuide is missing just about all of the Tinker's Quests, including the foot stool one.
