What skills are needed to do Runic Reforging?

Imbuing is the only skill needed for the actual reforging. You will need a craftsman for each item you wish to reforge (tailor for leather, smith for metal, etc.) you only need other skills to make base pieces not to do the reforging.

I just tried to reforge some bows I made, but keep getting the "cannot be repaired" mark on all of them. How do I avoid that?

You must have one of the names selected. I can't remember exactly which one as I'm not in game to check. Maybe "structural" ?
