[Blacksmithing] Runic Hammer Question

Hi there. I'm wanting to make a radiant scimitar and a one-handed hatchet with 50 hit mana leech, 50 stam leech, SSI, and DI. One of the items needs to be spell channeling.

Which runic hammer should I use, particularly if I might end up needing to imbue spell channeling onto it?

There aren't any one-handed hatchets, but on any weapon it would be hard to get all those mods together from a runic hammer. You're better off imbuing to get precisely what you want. The crystals to imbue 50% DI are pretty expensive, so you could try making a plain weapon, then reforging to get 50% DI, but I recall people reporting a bug with that.
