Greetings All,

I've looked through all the posts till I'm blue in the face and can't see an answer to my question which is how does one get a runic fletching kit? Other than spending gold that is!

The bowcrafters in Heartwood give the quests that they can be obtained from. Any archery related request will do, just not the harp quest (I think it is considered a carpentry quest).
